UnHackMe was created in 2005 to easily remove rootkits on Windows. It is designed to work in parallel with any antivirus software. It helps to easily clean a computer from adware, Trojans, spyware, unwanted applications, malware and viruses. Unlike an antivirus, UnHackMe does not work in the background; it is up to you to manually launch a scan when you want to clean up your Windows session. However, it can be set to automatically detect rootkits on startup in a few seconds. UnHackMe uses its own database to detect programs that you need to remove from your PC. You can always decide which ones you want to delete and which ones you want to keep.
