Editorial review

VideoGet allows you to download videos in Flash Video (FLV) format and convert them. If Flash technology is in decline, it is still widely used on the Internet to distribute video content, in particular thanks to its performance. VideoGet aims to get FLV videos, and automatically convert them to a more common format such as MPG, AVI, MP4 and WMV. You can enjoy it on your computer or other devices without necessarily having internet access. VideoGet is compatible with a large number of streaming video sites (nearly 200) including the big names such as YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion and MySpace. The application is extremely simple, all you have to do is give it the address of a page for it to detect the video it contains, and start the download. It has a queue and can launch several loads simultaneously.
