PowerArchiver is a powerful archive utility that can compress/decompress in 7Z, ZIP, CAB, LHA (LZH), TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2, BH, RAR, ARJ, ARC, ACE, ZOO, GZ formats and BZIP2. PowerArchiver protects archives using passwords and it can also have them checked by an antivirus. It can manage XXE and UUE encoded files and can also create self-extracting files in ZIP, RAR, ACE, ARJ, LHA and BH formats. A very useful function allows you to decompress several files simultaneously. PowerArchiver now includes a graphic file viewer such as PNG, Jpeg, TIFF, PSD, PSP, SGI, PCX, etc. All with an interface rather well done as in Winzip, but it is however possible to apply skins.
