Autodesk DWG TrueView is a free program that allows you to load and view DWG files without having AutoCAD installed on your system. The program also allows you to edit and share DWG files and it includes the DWG TrueConvert application which allows you to convert newer DWG files to work with older versions of AutoCAD.
